1. Access to the Municipal IQ website’s unique electronic interface, providing the most current detail on all of South Africa’s 283 municipalities.
2. Access to the three unique Municipal IQ databases:
   1. Municipal Productivity Index;
   2. Municipal Poverty Gap Index; and
   3. Municipal Financial Sustainability Index.
3. Access to the Ranking of all municipalities on the three indices.
4. A breakdown by category (A, B & C) and province of all factors and variables in the three indices.
5. Linked online access to the actual data determining the variables.
6. A Municipal Profile and Scorecard, providing statistics and statistical analysis for each of South Africa’s municipalities, including:
   1. Comparisons with regional, provincial and national aggregates of other municipalities;
   2. Graphs representing key financial data; and
   3. A map and satellite image, which can be viewed either separately or combined in a hybrid view.
7. Access to the ranking of the Best/Worst Performing Municipalities, including a graphic representation.
8. Access to the Compare Municipalities page, which enables clients to compare the performance of up to 10 municipalities on an index or by selecting a range of factors or variables.
9. Access to Municipal IQ‘s analysts.
10. Access to periodic briefings and updates detailing and assessing local government issues, trends and developments.
11. If client interest warrants it, Municipal IQ will periodically host or attend briefing sessions with clients.

To Subscribe
Users of Municipal IQ are required to subscribe annually to the website to access its services. Subscription to Municipal IQ entitles clients to a single institutional licence and five individual user licences. Subscription rates are currently priced at a special introductory offer.
